6. Fees and Payments

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

In no event shall Chekd-ID be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
